Title: Study on Atomization Technology of Solid-Gas Two Phase
Abstract: The atomization technology of solid-gas two phase is studied using iron powder as the solid medium for atomization. Using Al-30% Si alloy as experiment sample, the experimental investigations show that in contrast to conventional gas atomization technology by high velocity jet stream of gas, the finer particles can be obtained by the new developed technology and the evesage size of the particles turned from 150μm to 50μm under the same process parameters condition. The rate of fine particles can be raised and the cooling rate of the particles is higher. At given speed of 10~4 ~ 10~5 K/s. the atomization efficiency can be raised , the microstructure of Al-30% Si powder be come fine. The energy utilization ratio of solid-gas two phase can also be raixed.
