Title: Influence of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the Serum D-Dimer Levels ofII-Collogen Induced Rheumatoid Arthritis in Rats
Abstract: Objective To observe the influence of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on the serum D-dimer levels of CⅡ-induced arthritis(CIA)in rats.To explor the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza interfering in the prethrombotic state of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups. The rat rheumatoid arthritis model was established by subcutaneous injection ofⅡcollogen. The serum D-dimer levels of the five groups were tested with the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The serum D-dimer levels of all the other groups were notably higher than those of the normal group(P0.01).The serum D-dimer levels of the model group were higher than those of the Salvia Miltiorrhiza group,MTX group,Salvia Miltiorrhi- za and MTX group; The serum D-dimer levels of the Salvia Miltiorrhiza group were higher than those of the MTX group,Salvia Miltiorrhiza and MTX group; The serum D-dimer levels of the MTX group were higher than those of the Salvia Miltiorrhiza and MTX group(P0.05).Conclusion The effects of combined Salvia Milt- iorrhiza and MTX are significantly better than those of using them alone.Combined Salvia Miltiorrhiza ant MTX are beneficial to improve the prethrombotic state of rheumatoid arthritis.
