Title: STUDY ON DISINFECTION PERFORMANCE OF THE LIQUID MONOPHYLETIC CHLORINE DIOXIDE DISINFECTANT
Abstract: Objective To study disinfection performance of the liquid monophyletic chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analysis were used to carry out laboratory observation on the disinfectant, and simulated test site and on-site disinfection trial were carried out. Results The average concentration of chlorine dioxide in the disinfectant was 664 mg/L.After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, its chlorine dioxide descending rate was 1.08%.The average killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide 49.6 mg/L for 5 min was higher than 5.00.Spraying disinfection with aerosol of the disinfectant containing chlorine dioxide 66 mg/L at a dosage of 8 ml /m3 for 15 min killed more than 99.90% in average of artificially contaminating Staphylococcus albus in a fog room.Aerosol spraying disinfection of office with the same concentration and dosage for 30 min killed 98.62% in averaage of the indoor air natural bacteria. Conclusion This liquid monophyletic chlorine dioxide disinfectant has stable performance, fast and effective germicidal action and effective air disinfection.
