Title: Clinical characteristics of depressive patients with coronary heart disease
Abstract: Objective:To explore clinical characteristics of depressive patients with coronary heart disease.Method:Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA) and social disability screening schedule(SDSS) were administered to 50 depressed patients with and 50 depressed patients without coronary heart disease before and after 12 week sertraline treatment.Results:Patients with coronary heart disease had higher scores in HAMD,HAMA and SDSS at baseline and week 12(P0.05),and lower reductive rates.Conclusion:The patients with depressive disorder and coronary heart disease has more severe symptoms,more social function impairment,and less curative effect.
