Title: Study on clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with peptic ulcer
Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection on peptic ulcer so as to improve the level of clinical treatment of peptic ulcer.METHODS The clinical data of 70cases of peptic ulcer who were treated from Jan 2010to Jan 2013were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the gastroscopy, with 35cases in each group;the control group was given the symptomatic treatment such as stomach protection, while the observation group was treated with the eradication of H.pylori, and the therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The recurrence rate 6months after the treatment was 5.7%in the control group,0in the observation group;the recurrence rate 12months after the treatment was 11.4%in the control group,2.9%in the observation group;the recurrence rate 18months after the treatment was 22.9%in the control group,8.6%in the observation group;the recurrence rate 24months after the treatment was 34.3%in the control group,14.3%in the observation group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The effective rate was 45.7%in the control group,71.4%in the observation group;the total effective rate was 82.9%in the control group,97.1%in the observation group;the rate of eradication of H.pylori was 65.7%in the control group,91.4%in the observation group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.6%in the control group,14.3%in the observation group, the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant.CONCLUSIONThe eradication of H.pylori may improve the effect of treatment of peptic ulcer and reduce the reoccurrence rate, with the incidence of adverse reactions low.
