Title: Clinical Application of Nursing Quality Index in Perioperation Nursing for Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical application of perioperation nursing quality index for traumatic and spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 136 patients with cervical spinal cord injury and injury severity score(ISS) above 10 were randomly divided into two group.Usual index of nursing quality and special index of nursing quality were adopt respectively in the two groups.The ISS scores,number of cases whose disease changes were found by nurses in time,number of cases of complications,early exercise time,rescue days,hospitalization days,number of dead cases,and special clinical manifestations were observed.Results Significant differences were found in number of cases whose disease changes were found by nurses in time,number of cases of complications,early exercise time,rescue days and hospitalization days between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The special index of perioperation nursing quality used for traumatic and spinal cord injury is crutial in early rehabilitation of the patients,can enhance the success rate of rescue,shorten the hospitalization stay,reduce the financial burden of the patients,and raise the level of special nursing.
