Title: Nursing Intervention on Clinical Effect in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention on clinical influence in patients with severe craniocerebral.Methods:680 cases of patients with severe head injury,from October 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital,were randomized,and divided into treatment group and control group,each group consisted of 340 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients,the patients in the control group using conventional nursing care,while the treatment group patients in routine nursing basis and necessary nursing intervention. Clinical therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Both clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the treatment group were significantly superior to that of the control group.Among the 340 patients in the treatment group,193 were effectively cured and 127 others were also valid,with a total treatment efficiency of 94.12% and nursery satisfaction of 95%,which proves a remarkable statistic significance.Conclusion:For severe craniocerebral injury patients,necessary nursing intervention in addition to conventional nursing not only helps make sure of the clinical therapeutic effects,but also patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
