Abstract:Objective To observe of long-lasting blood cell growth factor CY25 on the mouse which was caused by exposure to 60Co leukopenia treatment.Methods The model of mice that was radiated by 60Co and result...Objective To observe of long-lasting blood cell growth factor CY25 on the mouse which was caused by exposure to 60Co leukopenia treatment.Methods The model of mice that was radiated by 60Co and resulted in leukopenia was used,a positive control group was set up.Results CY25 could rise the numbers of mice′s white cell and neutrophile granulocyte.In the radiation model,50500 g/kg dose could improve the level of radiated animal′s WBC and neutrophile granulocyte.500 g/kg enabled the animals after exposure to the minimum value of the WBC to increase 38%,drug-treated animals WBC level of at least 10 days to reach the normal level.Through the determination of the weight of the spleen, the spleen-factor calculation,The results showed that the drug-treated spleen organ coefficient was significantly higher than the normal control group and the control group model.Conclusion CY25 improve the levels of WBC and neutrophils in white blood mice which radiated by 60Co.After drug-treated the animal model will enable the delivery of the WBC level of at least 10 days to reach normal levels.Preliminary test results show that CY25 can increase the WBC for a long term.Read More
