Title: Clinical observation on 87 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the treatment of transurethral vaporization resection
Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of prostate(TUVP)in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:Clinical data of 87 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the treatment of TUVP surgery were analyzed.Results:The operations were successful,the operative time was(53.8±21.2)min;blood loss(397.4±142.7)ml,the average amount of removed tissue(26.8±5.6)g.2 months later,the international prostate symptom score(IPSS),quality of life score(QOL),residual urine volume(RUV),maximum urinary flow rate(MFR),and average urinary flow rate(AFR)had significant difference(P0.05)compared with the preoperative.Conclusion:TUVP in the treatment of high risk is safe,effective and ideal way with less complications.
