Abstract:The analyzing method for acetamiprid residue,degradation dynamics and final residues in pears were studied.The acetamiprid was extracted from pears with the mixture of acetic ester and acetone(1 ︰ 1,V...The analyzing method for acetamiprid residue,degradation dynamics and final residues in pears were studied.The acetamiprid was extracted from pears with the mixture of acetic ester and acetone(1 ︰ 1,V/V),and then purified by Florisil,concentrated and volumed.It was determined by GC with ECD detector.The results showed that the minimum detectable amount was 1.0 × 10-12 g;the minimum detectable concentration was 0.001 mg/kg;the recovery rate ranged from 82.1% to 99.7% with the relative standard deviation between 2.5% and 4.1%.The half life was 2.8 days in Binzhou area and 4.8 days in Yantai area respectively,which showed that acetamiprid was an easily degradable pesticide(half life shorter than 30 days).The final residues of acetamiprid in pears after sprayed for 21 days under the two concentrations were 0.010 mg/kg and 0.028 mg/kg in Yantai area,and 0.025 mg/kg and 0.045 mg/kg in Binzhou area.Read More
