Abstract:Field trail for iprodione residue in tomato and soil were conducted in suburbs of Beijing and Hangzhou city,respectively.Residues of iprodione were extracted from tomato and soil with acetone,purified...Field trail for iprodione residue in tomato and soil were conducted in suburbs of Beijing and Hangzhou city,respectively.Residues of iprodione were extracted from tomato and soil with acetone,purified by liquid-liquid partition and Florisil,concentrated and determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detector(ECD).The lowest detection limit of instrument for iprodione was 1.8×10~(-11)g,and the limit of quantification was 0.007 mg·kg~(-1) for tomato,0.018 mg·kg~(-1) for soil.The average recovery was 94.1%~99.4%,and coefficient of variation was 0.9%~5.5%,respectively.The two-year's results showed that iprodione dissipated rapidly in tomato and soil.The half-lives of iprodione in tomato and soil were 3.2~4.2 days,5.4~6.6 days,respectively.When the tomato was sprayed three times or four times with 50% Rovral SC at the doses of 750 g ai·hm~(-2) and 1125 g ai·hm~(-2),at the second,fourth and sixth day after the last application,the final residue of iprodione was 0.040~0.336 mg·kg~(-1) in tomato and 0.023~1.532 mg·kg~(-1) in soil,which did not exceed maximum residue limit 5 mg·kg~(-1) established by WHO/FAO.According to the results,we recommended applying 50% Rovral SC three times at a dose of 750 g ai·hm~(-2) with a safe interval of 2 days from harvest.Read More
