Title: The Observation of Clinical Effects of Promoting Lactation Therapy on the 40 Gravid with Insufficiency of Breastfeeding
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the promoting lactation therapy on the 40 gravid with lactation insufficiency.Methods:186 cases of normal delivery women,inadequate secretion of milk 24 hours after delivery,were randomly subdivided into two groups.Patients in experiment group were administered with promoting lactation system YS-1,Control group(93 cases) were treated with traditional promoting lactation soup..Another 40 gravid with milk excreting difficult accepted physical treatment and 40 cases chosen as control group were involved in this study.Excreting milk volume and side effects were observed.Results:The results demonstrated that the breast of lactating women was full of milk after 24 hours promoting lactation system treatment.The volume of secreted milk in treated group were significant higher than that of contorl group(P0.01).The time of lactation had been initiated ahead of time,and swelling of breast had also been improved.Conclusion:The physical therapy of promoting lactation system is beneficial for milk secreting ahead of time,increases the volume of milk and alleviates breast swelling post delivery.It deserves further extensive application in clinical practice.
