Title: The effects of nursing intervention on diet to promote the after cesarean section lactation and recovery of gastrointestinal function: An analysis of 48 cases
Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence of diet care for after cesarean section lactation and recovery of gastrointestinal function.Methods A total of 95 cases after cesarean section maternal divided into control group and intervention group and control group received routine care measures,the intervention group with diet in the control group on the basis of nursing interventions,compared to two sets of maternal postoperative milk yield and stomach recovery of intestinal function.Results The intervention group for 24 hours of maternal lactation start rate 93.75% was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.47%)(P 0.01);intervention group 48h breast-adequacy ratio of 87.50% was higher than that in the control group(68.09%)(P 0.05);anal intervention group within 12h exhaust the incidence of 70.83% was higher than that in the control group(51.06%)(P 0.05).Conclusion Science diet care interventions can effectively shorten the start time of after cesarean section maternal lactation to increase milk yield,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,enhance neonatal immunity,and the promotion of maternal postoperative recovery are very important significance.
