Title: Clinical Observation of Cardiovascular Effects during Tracheal Extubation of Combined General and Epidural Anesthesia for Biliary Tract Operations
Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of combined general and epidural anesthesia for cardiovascular effects during tracheal extubation of biliary tract operations. Methods 40 cases of selective biliary tract operation with ASAⅠ~Ⅱ,were randomized into 2 groups with 20 cases each: group Ⅰreceived general anesthesia only, and group Ⅱ received combined general and epidural anesthesia.SBP,DBP and HR were observed at pre-operation(T0),5 minutes before extubation(T1),extubation(T2),and 5 minutes after extubation(T3). Results The SBP,DBP and HR of T1,T2,T3 in group Ⅰand the values of T2 in group Ⅱ were obviously higher than the basal value of T0 in each interclass comparison. The SBP,DBP and HR of T1,T2,T3 were remarkable lower in group Ⅰthan that of group Ⅱ.The dosage of general anesthesia of group Ⅰ was less than that of group Ⅱ(P0.05).Conclussion Combined general and epidural anesthesia could conduce the hemodynamic stabilization during extubation for biliary tract operation.
