Title: Investigation on the Pigment Printing Technology for Polylactide Fabrics
Abstract: The pigment printing process of polylactide fabrics were studied,with the most suitable printing binder being chosen.Influencing factors on pigment printing process were optimized.Through the effect testing after printing,the optimal procedure and conditions of the printing process were obtained.The usage of pigment black,binder KG-101,thickener KG-102 and crosslinker was 2%,40%,2% and 1%,respectively;the fabrics were dried at the temperature of 80℃ for 5min,and then baked for 5min at the the temperature of 130℃.At last,the soft finishing was taken.Under the above conditions,the K/S value attained to 19.29,the color fastness was 3~4 grade to dry rubbing and 3 grade to wet,the brushing fastness was 3 grade,the fabrics hand was 4.5 grade.In order to promote the binding ability to improve the fastness of printed fabrics further,plasma pretreated on the PLA fabrics surface was adopted.The colour fastness of plasma pretreaed fabric was improved to 3~4 grade to dry rubbing and 4 grade to wet,the brushing fastness was 4 grade.
