Title: Application of Composite Complexing Agent in Electroless Nickel Plating
Abstract: Orthogonal experiments were conducted by factors of LA,succinic acid,lactic acid and glycine content and the optimum experiment scheme was determined by taking phosphorus content,deposition rate and stability time as indexes. Results showed that when the concentrations of LA,succinic acid and lactic acid was 22 g / L,6 g / L and 12 mL / L respectively,the best result could be obtained. Microstructure and corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating were determined by X-ray diffraction,neutral salt spray and cycle corrosion tests. The results showed that the coating prepared by composite plating solution was in amorphous state with a higher corrosion resistance and a lifetime of 6 cycles.
