Title: The Diagnostic Value of Emergent CT to Closed Hepatic Trauma (Report: 50 cases)
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the value computed tomography (CT) in clinical diagnosis of closed hepatic trauma. Methods: 50 patients (45 men, 5 women, age ranged 10-58, mean age 32.4) with closed hepatic trauma were examined with CT. The CT findings of closed hepatic trauma were analyzed retrospectively. Result: Subcapsular hematoma were found in 3 cases, hepatic lancination in 3 cases, contusion in 19 cases, hepatic hematoma were found in 25 cases. Conclusion: The pathotogical changs in closed hepatic trauma could be demonstrated effectively by specific on CT. CT has been proved to be a reliable modality in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
