Title: Influence of Different Moxibustion Methods on Expression of IL-6 IL-8 and MCP-1 in Experimental RA model
Abstract: Objective:To observe the influence of different moxibustion methods on inflammatory cytokines IL-6,IL-8 and MCP-1 expressions of experimental RA model,to explore the mechanism of action of different moxibustion treatments of experimental RA.Method:40 Japan rabbits,weighed(2.5±0.25)kg,half male and half female,were divided into control group,the RA model group,direct moxibustion treatment group,ginger treatment group,mild moxibustion treatment group(n=8).Freund's complete adjuvant shape was used to make the experimental RA model,the first 7 days after modeling,direct moxibustion,ginger moxibustion,mild moxibustion three different methods of moxibustion were made respectively,Shenshu and Zusanli of the rabbits in these three groups all had five Zhuang on both sides alternately,once a day.6 days was a course,lasting for three courses.Results:Direct moxibustion,ginger moxibustion and mild moxibustion can significantly reduce IL-6,IL-8 and MCP-1 levels in the synovial fluid of RA animal models(P0.05,P0.01),especially ginger moxibustion is the most obvious.Conclusion:The different moxibustion treatments of experimental RA have significant anti-inflammatory effect,and the role of ginger is the most significant;different moxibustion inhibition of IL-6,IL-8 and MCP-1 inflammatory factor expressions may play the anti-inflammatory role.
