Title: Efficacy of Headache Decoction Combined with Acupuncture on Migraine:A Clinical Observation of 43 Cases
Abstract: Objective: To study the curative effect of headache decoction combined with acupuncture on migraine.Meth ods: According to clinical time,85 patients with migraine which met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group(n=43) and the control group(n=42) randomly.Patients in the control group were treated with flunarizine,and the patients in treatment group were given headache decoction and acupuncture treatment.The VAS score,drug safety and curative effect were observed after 3 weeks time.Results: The curative effect of the treatment group was superior than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P0.05);The headache VAS score in both two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was of statistical significance(P0.05);the comparison on VAS score after treatment and difference showed statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion: Headache decoction combined with acupuncture can provide good curative effect on migraine and effectively relieve headache VAS scores.
