This study supports the scholarly proposition that neo-classicism is the theoretical structure of neo-liberalism. Neo-classical hegemony expanded after 1991 and subjugated all traditions of pluralism developed in various institutions in India. As a result, some institutions partially or totally lost their pluralism; however, in other institutions the pluralist tradition was strengthened.Read More
