Title: Analysis on 31 wild raspberries with RAPD markers.
Abstract: A total of 31 raspberry resources were analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA markers.15 primers were screened from 100 random decamer primers, and a total of 182 DNA bands were amplified,170 of which(93.41%) were polymorphic. The average number of polymorphic DNA bands amplified by each primer was 12.13,which showed abundant genetic diversity among different raspberry genotypes.According to the data,a dendrogram of genetic relationship was con-structed using UPGMA method in which all the tested resources were classified into four cluster groups with the Nei's genetic distance of 0.51.This study revealed the genetic relationship of wild raspberry resources at molecular levels, which provids useful information for germplasm storage, utilization, and parents selection for breeding.
