This type of research is explanatory research with path analysis and descriptive statistics research methods. The research was conducted at UB (University of Brawijaya) Malang. The results showed that the effect of Organizational Learning, directly or indirectly on Capability of Organizations through Knowledge Management, and directly affects Organizational Performance, as well as indirect effect on Organizational Performance through Knowledge Management and Capability of Organizations. Knowledge Management is not directly affect the Organizational Performance, but the indirect affect through Capability of Organizational.
