Title: Relationships of some soybean genotypes based on morphological characters and biochemical marker.
Abstract: To Study the relationships between morphological characters soybean plant an experiment was conducted in randomized complete blocks design in two replication and three irrigation regime (environment) in Agricultural College of Guilan University in 2008. The result of factor analysis for morphologic characters showed 5 independent factors for characters to explain %82.33variation of all data and in SDS-PAGE 5 independent factors for characters to explain %78.018variation of all data. The result of cluster analysis for morphologic characters showed varieties organization in four group by UPGMA method. A similarity dendrogram was constructed using complete clustering analysis for molecular data varieties were classified into seven groups. On the basis of the relative mobility of seed proteins on the gel, 20 bands were detected in this study. Cluster analysis, after quantifying the protein bands, using UPGMA procedure, showed 12 bands of total were polymorphic. The SDS-PAGE which was used in this study showed good genetic diversity between genotypes.
