Title: La force électorale des droites septentrionales. Deuxième partie : l'entre-deux-guerres
Abstract: Résumé Dans l’entre-deux-guerres, la droite et le centre droit qui s’unissent plus complètement et plus précocement dans le Pas-de-Calais (1919) que dans le Nord (1926) progressent constamment dans les années 1920 (24 élus en 1928, environ 38 % des voix) avant d’essuyer un sérieux revers en 1936 (9 élus). Ce recul affecte principalement le Nord (4 élus, environ 30 % des voix) tandis que les modérés du Pas-de-Calais, plus clairement républicains et laïques que leurs voisins, obtiennent leur meilleur score en voix (environ 40 %) et semblent s’enraciner dans le Ternois et le Haut-Artois.
