Title: Postmenopausal Genital Bleeding An Analysis of 132 Cases
Abstract: It has been stated that 70 per cent of all uterine carcinomata present initially with postmenopausal bleeding (Lewis, 1965). Such bleeding usually prompts the patient to seek medical advice. However, some postmenopausal women may disregard this important sign because of pre‐menstrual familiarity with vaginal loss and because of ignorance of the import of bleeding (Abbas, 1960).
