Abstract: Ehlers-Danlos syndrome is a heritable disorder of connective tissue that is clinically characterized by joint hypermobility and skin hyperextensibility and fragility. Four of our patients who fit the criteria for Ehlers-Danlos syndrome are presented. Abnormalities in the hand and wrist joint that are directly related to joint hypermobility are discussed.
