Title: The Effect of Sevoflurane-induced Anesthesia On the Haemodynamics in the Aged Population
Abstract: Objective To compare the impact of sevoflurane-induced anesthesia on the changes of haemodynamics in the old patients. Methods Thirty ASA I-III patients were randomly assigned to three groups(n =10)according to the inhaling concentration o321 0f sevoflurane:A,8%;B,8%-6%-4%;C,4.5%.When BIS was reduced to 45,we performed the intubation and recorded the intubation time,MAP,HR,LF,HF and LF/HF.Results There was significant decrease in MAP of three groups between before intubation and induction(confusing),while no significant increase of group B between after intubation and before induction. No significant difference in HR,HF,LF,and LF/HF was observed between before and after induction Conclusion The induction of sevoflurane was stable with safety and no side effect.Sevoflurane 8%-6%-4% is available for general anesthesia induction in the old patients.
