A response rate of 7.8% was achieved. Sections B1, B2, B3, and C1 of the questionnaire were subjected to factor analyses and coefficient alpha to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The statistical analysis revealed that the questionnaire has a high degree of internal validity and reliability.
