Title: The method of business process oriented tool selection in information systems development projects
Abstract: Abstract: The focus of this paper is to provide an overview of the nature of business process orientedtools and to develop a procedure that could help managers in the selection process in relationto the project goals, critical success factors, and business process oriented tools criteria. Theproposed procedure is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which isflexible and can be adapted to different company and project types.
