Recently, a mouse was developed in which gamma‐secretase was conditionally knocked out of oligodendrocytes, or the myelinating cells of the brain. Knockout of gamma‐secretase produced a striking non‐cognitive neurological phenotype, reminiscent of schizophrenia. Here, we compare the transcriptomes of cKO mice and control mice by means of RNA‐seq analysis to identify candidate genes that may explain the complex neurological phenotype exhibited by our conditional knockout mice.
