Title: Erwin Neutzsky-Wulff And The Neurological Landscape Of The Sefirot
Abstract: Erwin Neutzsky-Wulff (b. 1949) is undoubtedly the most important figure in the landscape of contemporary Danish occultism. This chapter explores the role of kabbalah in the writings of Neutzsky-Wulff and how his perception of kabbalah on the one hand is inscribed in the tradition of occultist kabbalah reaching back to the early modern period and how his system on the other hand is extremely innovative. Consequently, the chapter examines the question of how this type of kabbalah relates to traditional kabbalah and other forms of contemporary kabbalah. Before turning to the religious and epistemological contents of Neutzsky-Wulff s writing the chapter presents a brief biographical overview.
