Title: Utveckling av verktyg för linjär analys av JAS 39 Gripens styrsystem
Abstract: Due to the relatively simple and extensive theory behind linear systems compared to non-linear theory,it is often desirable to perform a linearization of a non-linear system in order to make use of this theory. On some non-linear systems it is difficult or not even possible to perform an analytical linearization. This may be due to the fact that the complexity of the system is high or that the analytical expressionof the system is unavailable. Numerical analysis may be the solution to this problem. In this master thesis forward and central derivative approximation is used in order to approximate the derivatives needed to perform a numerical linearization of a non-linear system. This thesis also deals with what happens when low fidelity in-data is used when performing a linearization, what happens when integers and binary signals are part of a system that is linearized, and what happens whenperforming a linearization of a system that uses different sampling times for different parts of the system. Finally numerical bilinearization of a system on bilinear from is examined and a comparison betweenanalytical linearization and bilinearization is made.
