Title: The Importance of an Education in Human Rights
Abstract: Article 26 of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights specifically recognises importance of education in strengthening respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. The existence, preservation and teaching of human rights are not things that can simply be taken for granted. Educating next generation is vital to ensure that rights we have developed will be maintained and developed for all times. Case Studies on Knowledge About Work of United Nations. Events of 20th Century and early part of this new millennium have demonstrated that study of Human Rights can only be defined as the study of what rights-and duties-citizens are entitled to, and how to ensure respect for those rights. The important item is to adopt systems that would enable education projects to reach even most remote communities.
