Title: NUMERICAL CALCULATION OF UNDERWATER ACOUSTIC RADIATION BY STRUCTURE VIBRATION
Abstract: Numerical calculation of fluid-structure acoustic coupling vibration were carried out for a 3-D elastic structure with the finite element method (FEM) applied to structure analysis and the boundary element method (BEM) to fluid respectively. Emphasis is laid on the calculation of matrix elements in BEM. The combination problem at the fluid-structure boundary is solved and calculation is simplified. Numerical results of a practical example prove that the calculation method is satisfactory.
