Abstract: Rail corrugations are an expensive and varied track maintenance phenomena. No one method works every time in all situations due to variations in the reccurrence of the corrugations themselves. While there is no cure to prevent corrugations from recurring, techniques employed to treat plastic flow, long and short wavelength, and roaring rail corrugation are detailed as they apply to their specific occurrences.
