Title: The relationship between total quality management, knowledge management and organizational performance
Abstract: Every organization is taking advantage of Knowledge Management (KM) in achieving their set organizational objectives in this era of knowledge economy. No doubt, realizing the organizational goals will lead to Organizational Performance (OP) and such performance has to do with the employee’s performance. To achieve maximum possible Organizational Performance within a knowledge economy, the Knowledge Management Processes must be effective so as to assist the knowledge workers. There have been series of arguments in this regard that Total Quality
Management (TQM) alone is not enough to measure Organizational Performance that Knowledge Management needs to be involved. This paper is to explore the relationship between Total Quality Management, Knowledge Management and Organizational Performance.
