HAUL, STABILIZATION IS NOT ECONOMICAL. BOTH ROAD-MIX AND TRAVELING PUGMILL METHODS ARE USED, ROAD-MIX METHODS BEING PREFERRED IN HEAVY CLAY SOILS.
