Title: Transformer les réalités vécues en savoirs à partager : quand les usagers-entraineurs deviennent acteurs de la formation en travail social
Abstract: Depuis plusieurs années, la pédagogie universitaire en travail social s’ouvre à l’implication des usagers et au recours à leurs savoirs expérientiels, laissant place à des pédagogies qui favorisent le croisement des savoirs. Depuis 2015, l’École de travail social de l’Université de Sherbrooke déploie différents projets à ce niveau s’appuyant sur le concept de réduction de la distance qui promeut des relations égalitaires et la reconnaissance des savoirs de chacun. Notre article s’inscrit comme un récit de pratique appuyé sur les réflexions et les analyses des différents acteurs impliqués et illustré par les propos des personnes usagères participantes. Il permet d’exposer les principes et modalités de nos projets et leur valeur ajoutée dans la formation des étudiantes. Dans un contexte de mouvance et de questionnement du travail social, rendre compte de nos projets nous porte à soulever des pistes de réflexion permettant de défendre l’idée que la transformation des réalités vécues par les usagers en savoir à partager aux futures travailleuses sociales est un incontournable pour les formations universitaires actuelles.
