Abstract: The study aims to identify the reality of intelligent leadership practice in the State of Kuwait, and to reach a set of procedural methods and proposals for developing institutional performance in educational districts in light of the Intelligent leadership approach.The study applied the descriptive approach in collecting information and facts and identifying the nature of the study.Through the theoretical and field studies, the study reached several results, the most important of which are on the field side: -All employees become familiar with the scope of the powers and tasks that fall on the shoulders of superiors and managers, and that the focus should be primarily on the general requirements common to most employees.-There is a system of continuous training for workers in the educational districts to raise their efficiency and upgrade their job skills to increase their ability to solve the problems they face.-Officials use different methods of motivation commensurate with the nature of employees and the nature of the work they do.-Leaders in educational districts place meeting the needs of workers among their priorities at work.-The heads of the educational districts are intelligent in their work, and they have a great desire to achieve strong effective participation by their staff in the educational districts.-Heads of educational districts have a great ability to set objective goals, and their desire -at the same time -to achieve these goals.-The heads and managers of educational districts have a great ability to use the planning to develop accurate scientific plans to achieve the -٤٩ -objectives.This confirms that district heads and managers use planning to develop accurate scientific plans to achieve goals.(Leadership -intelligent leadership
