Title: An Evaluation Method for Demand Response Potential of Electric Vehicle Aggregators
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to provide a method for evaluating the demand response potential of EV aggregators. Based on this evaluation method, the charging station formulates corresponding charging plan and power real-time control strategy by combining the basic load curve, demand response execution period and station operating conditions, so as to dynamically adjust the power of charging pile when demand response occurs. A beneficial effect of the present invention over the prior art is that the evaluation method clarifies the priority of charge power demand and the control recovery strategy. When demand response occurs, the system implements charging power reduction and recovery strategies according to user’s charging demand priority to ensure safe and economic operation of regional power grid.
