Title: Surveillance De La Qualité Microbiologique Et Physicochimique De Quelques Points D’eau Alimentant Les Cités Universitaires À Yaoundé (Centre, Cameroun)
Abstract: Une étude visant à évaluer l'abondance de la bactérie Vibrio cholerae dans quelques systèmes aquatiques de la ville de Yaoundé, a été effectuée de février à Aout 2020.Des échantillons ont été prélevés sur 10 points d'eau de surface et souterrain.Le paramètres physicochimiques et bactériologiques a été effectué par les méthodes standards.Ainsi, les paramètres tels que la température, et l'O 2 dissous entre autres ont été considérés.Les bactéries hétérotrophes aérobies mésophiles ( BHAM) et la bactérie Vibrio cholerae ont été isolées, dénombrées sur milieux Plate Count Agar et Thiosulfate Citrate Bile Saccharose respectivement, par les techniques d'étalement en surface.Les données ont été analysées à l'aide des logiciels appropriés .Dans l'ensemble, les variations de température (22.1 à 28.5 °C) observées au cours de notre étude seraient liées à celles de la température ambiante.Concernant les BHAM, leurs densités moyenne ont été de 4,42 et de 4,13 log UFC/100mL respectivement dans le cours d'eau Olézoa et les différents puits.Les concentrations moyennes de Vibrio cholerae obtenues pendant la période d'étude sont 1,97 log UFC/100mL et 1,17log UFC/100mL respectivement pour le cours d'eau d'Olézoa et les puits.Quelques paramètres physicochimiques ont influencé la distribution de ces germes.Les eaux étudiées seraient impropres à toute consommation humaine sans traitements préalables.
