'ways.<br><br><b>清代前期“蒙古衙門”和”理藩院”在滿文檔案和俄文資料中的使用</b><br>賈寧<br>中部學院<br><br>摘要：<br>俄國史家班特什-卡緬斯基1882年版《1619-1792年俄中兩國外交文獻彙編》，集清朝前期與沙俄官方互函之大全，是為兩大歐亞帝國交往俄文資料之力作。此《彙編》1982中文翻譯版問世，其中由滿洲朝廷1634所創“蒙古衙門”又於1638換稱為“理藩院”之雙名一署，竟以不同機構並例連連，陷讀者於困惑迷茫。查《彙編》原文，“蒙古衙門”、“理藩院”俄文翻譯多至七種，更置讀者於無所適從。清制，與沙俄交往為理藩院擔當，書函皆用滿文，間或有用蒙文。本作者俯探滿文檔案，考得清代帝者臣下均以滿文論邊政要務，其雙名共用之實例延至乾隆。及公函沙俄，俄方或誤認兩稱為異署，或混其二名為“蒙古理藩院”，或按俄制機構模式自行翻譯為之，故生七稱。本文結論一，清理國事，分滿漢二語界區，其史載各自有別，故“蒙古衙門”1638後漢籍中消失匿跡，而滿檔中與“理藩院”共存長久。理藩院於滿語界區主沙俄事，研討必以滿檔（亦括蒙檔）為據。結論二，究理藩院而探清俄關係，須釐清俄方對清方滿（蒙）文來函之翻譯偏差並闡明緣由，方能運用俄文原件準確無誤。<br><br>':
