Title: A 5.0 MW, 805 MHz, Long Pulsed Klystron for Spallation Neutron Source at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory
Abstract: The 5 MW, 805 MHz L-band long pulse klystron E37506 is developed for the Spallation Neutron Source (SNS) at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). The 1 st prototype is operating at ORNL. The 2 nd prototype E37506 is brushed up and is currently undergoing assembly at Canon Electron Tube & Devices (CETD). This paper provides overview of the E37506 design results.
