A leader is the one holding a dominant position in a group of individuals realizing a common goal, strategies and directing actions towards the goal coherently. The hypothesis seeks for a positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and leadership skills in an individual. The sample comprises 60 students from a university setting within the age group of 18-25 years.
