Abstract: This article aims to question about transnational telework contracts, analyzing points arising from this type of contract, with emphasis on applicable law, legal protection, related social problems and, afterwards, on the performance of the International Labor Organization ( ILO) on the topic.The approach reasoning is inductive, starting from the principiological study of the evolution of work and the current stage of technological development that led to the emergence of telework, to trace equivalents in the international scope, when teleworking develops in a transnational level, aiming to answer if there is protection for the transnational teleworker, internally or within the jurisdiction of the ILO.The article is divided into two chapters, with the first addressing the evolution of work until the emergence of telework and the transnational development of this type of work; while the second promotes the analysis of the problem arising from transnational teleworking and the interest in protecting such work relationships, either through doctrinal constructions, or through
