Recently, Viamontes, Markov, and Hayes [117-119] presented the QuIDDPro package for handling the matrices encountered for quantum circuits. QuIDDPro employs Colorado University decision diagram (CUDD), a robust and highly efficient binary decision diagram (BDD) package developed by Somenzi [106].
