While it can be argued that women are best placed to empower women, others have presented a view that men have a role in their empowerment. Since women in Nigeria make up more than half of the nation's population, their empowerment educationally, socially, politically, and economically would seem to command the efforts of all for a sustainable rural development. Recommendations for a massive agricultural education campaign are suggested.Read More
