Title: Antioxidant and antimicrobial studies of silver nanoparticles synthesized via chemical reduction technique
Abstract: Chemical synthesis is used to create silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs). Silver nanoparticles were made via reducing silver salt with sodium borohydride in a chemical reaction (NaBH4). XRD, SEM, UV–Visible spectra, and FT-IR are exploited in the investigation of the structural and surface morphology of silver nanoparticles. Silver nanoparticles have been tested for their antibacterial properties. The findings demonstrate that silver nanoparticles as manufactured have greater antibacterial action against E.Coli and staphylococcus aureus germs. Silver nanoparticles have enhanced antioxidant activity as evidenced by DPPH assay results.
