Title: Suivi de l'adaptation aux changements climatiques en santé
Abstract: ContexteLes changements climatiques et leurs manifestations affectent la santé de la population, ici comme ailleurs. Parmi les efforts à prioriser dans la lutte contre les changements climatiques, l'adaptation permet de minimiser les risques et d'augmenter la capacité des populations et des organisations de santé et de protection civile à y faire face. Comme toute intervention en santé, l'adaptation des populations et des systèmes doit être suivie et mesurée afin de s'assurer que les actions préconisées soient réellement mises en œuvre et efficaces.
