Title: Predictors of Changes in Cognitive in Community-dwelling Older Adults: Using the Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging Wave 1st to Wave 5th
Abstract: 
 The purpose of this study was to identify the predictable factors influenced the cognitive change of the older adult living in the community by using the KLoSA(Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging) research. This study was analyzed by latent growth curve model of 1,147 people aged over 65 who participated in all the 1st to 5th study among the elderly with a K-MMSE score of 24 point or higher according to KLoSA data. As a result of the study, the cognitive of the elderly decreased over time, and the factors affecting the cognitive change in the elderly seems to be cause by gender and education level at the start point of cognitive. But factors influencing the cognitive change over time from the starting point were the hearing and education level. Various interventions are needed to prevent cognitive decline in the elderly through predictable factors that can affect to the elderly cognitive.
